Patients must realize that every doctor is licensed to perform any procedure, but most patients would not go to their primary care doctor for heart surgery or even treatment of skin cancer. In this age of marketing and hype patients must be very careful who they seek for complex dental treatment.
The reality is that sophisticated dental treatments that are available to patients today are very complex by nature. Oversimplifications of these treatments are done by those who do not have experience in ramifications of poor judgment. I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Saj Jivraj over the past few years. Dr. Jivraj is a prosthodontist who has extensive experience with implants and the treatment of complicated implant cases.
What I appreciate most about Dr. Jivraj work, is that I know that the patient’s will all have a successful outcome. He is very thorough in the treatment planning stages and can deliver a quality final prosthesis. The case will be well “engineered”. The surgical guides that I have received from his office have been superior to any guides that I have received from any other office. Indeed, he has made my job of placing implants easy.
